No longer will the showerhead be at eye level for them, no, they can place the showerhead against the ceiling and make it rain the way water was intended to fall from the sky. Great item. My tiny shower spray head had died. It was always plugging up from mineral deposits and I was tired of constantly cleaning it. I bought a nice big rain shower head---but my shower pipe is straight out of the wall so the spray would hit you right in the face. This arm extension now lets the rain shower head spray right over my head. I really do feel like I am showering in a rain storm.
