I purchased this item on clearance, and unfortunately it arrived missing essential parts needed for proper assembly. I immediately contacted Walmart.com and was told I would receive a return label and that a shipping company would be arranged to pick up the item. This product was delivered at the beginning of February, and since then I have been going back and forth with Walmart without any resolution. The process has been extremely frustrating and time consuming. At this point, I simply want a full refund and for the item to be picked up as originally promised. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.
