This is a kid long sleeved T-shirt/sweatshirt. It's decorated in a Tootsie roll. Pop theme with glittered areas. They are arranged to look like an American flag. The inside of the sweatshirt is very fuzzy and soft. This is rounded neck line and rounded stretchy areas around the wrist. My daughter is 11 years old and has this in a two XL. It's large on her so we will be exchanging for a smaller size.
