I reached out to the seller and expressed that the product received did not match the images used to promote this product. I showed them images which clearly show that the differances between what they are promoting vs what I received was "We can't see any problem from the picture". This is incredible that they said this after I sent the pictures. I attached the images and email so you guys can take a look for yourself. They then told me I could return the product but they were not helpful to get this product started and then later denied the return this it was purchased in August. I understand that its been months since I purchased the product I had just opened it a week ago but I as a consumer expect to receive what is being promoted in the images. I expressed that I didn't want a refund initially I just wanted to receive the correct product and they are blatantly ignoring that they are misleading their customers. Would not recommend anyone to purchase from this seller
