Schmidt Brothers® Cutlery Evolution, 5" Cheese Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Schmidt Bros. knives are always high quality, but this cheese knife is even more exceptional! It is so sharp, it cuts through a block of hard cheese like it's butter. And because of some fancy grooving design in the blade, the amount of cheese sticking to the knife is magically reduced. The stainless steel knife has a good weight-heavy enough to feel the quality but not too heavy to feel the perfect balance in your hand. The knife is extremely sharp, (be careful using it!!!), and has a super sharp split pointed end. It comes with a blade cover and is cased in a beautiful wooden box. This cheese knife is going in my own kitchen, however, I intend to buy several for the holidays. It will make such an impressive gift!
