Strong %26 smooth wood spoons
Strong, beech wooden spoons with nice diameter handle— not too thick or thin for my hand. I mix cookie doughs with a wooden spoon and glass bowl, preferring the way the butter warms into the sugar and blends into smaller crystals than the mixer. These spoons are strong enough to whip the egg into the creamed butter and sugar, and to blend all the flour mixture into even stiffer doughs.
