I like to cut them in half and use these in my soups and stew. I love the texture, and the taste, better than can corn. I also serve them as and appetizer, with olives and cherry tomatoes. I cut them up and use them in salads, and I also pickle them with vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Pickled they stay in the fridge for along time.

Highly recommend this product. These baby corn nuggets are delicious and go very well with several different recipes. They also have the perfect texture between softness and crunchiness.
