I use this mix in my daily smoothy. I put greek yogurt, blueberry keifr, Maca powder, Acia Powder, and this mix of chia seeds, flax and hemp seed. This is a great way to get more fiber in snacks, smoothies and breakfast foods like pancakes, muffins and oatmeal. A good variety too. Easily distributed to each foods whether mixing , baking or adding. Have also added in to scramble eggs and some to yoqurt too. You can place it in a bottle with a sprinkled lid or just a spoon from the bag itself. It seals great with a zip lock tight seal. With several great seeds added together in one, you don't have to purchase as many bottles at once of all that's in the bag together. Takes up less room for me by pouring half into my mason jars that are pint size and leave the big bag sealed in the pantry. Tidy and organized. I recommend and will continue purchasing this brand for a very long time.
