This 90HP hydraulic outboard steering kit enables installation of a hydraulic steering system on engines up to 90HP. The system features a robust aluminum alloy rudder shaft, designed to withstand harsh marine environments. A two-way locking valve within the hydraulic steering cylinder ensures high-end maritime quality and increased safety. This kit includes a hydraulic steering pump, steering cylinder, two 20-foot high-pressure hoses, and necessary accessories for a complete installation. The cylinder offers an output force of 232 KGF with a 7.9-inch stroke, ensuring responsive and reliable steering. Maintenance is simplified with a detachable oil seal design for easy inspection and replacement. Hoses are pre-cut to 20ft for customization with 5/16" quick-fit fittings. The pump body is constructed from durable aluminum alloy for long-lasting performance in varying conditions. Maximum pressure is 2.5Mpa/363psi with a capacity of 73cc. Tube I.D. is Φ1 in/25 mm and Rod I.D. is Φ0.6 in/14 mm. Compatible with Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, Mercury, Nissan, and Tohatsu outboard motors. Consult the user manual before operation.
