So, I ordered the tie downs. They arrived. Are new but missing a complete set of one of the tie downs. The manufacturer said to contact the vendor. The vendor said contact Walmart. Well the price went up 100 dollars since I ordered and received. So, I ordered another set. When I get them. I'm going to take back the shorted set
