Terrible this vendor is terrible

Terrible, will not start, gas and oil already in it and shipping crate was damaged tires are worn and the vendor keeps messaging me. No one is in the office. I did not buy a lawnmower to look at or to have service and it will sit in my backyard until they decide to come and get it I will not be responsible for any additional damages. This is very much unacceptable I am not paying $1900 to look at a lawnmower. I have message the vendor several times from the date I received it. I was purchasing a brand new Mower and received a used one. To stay in business you have to be a business man or a woman.
