Good boot

I purchased these boots from the Rocky website. When they arrived, there was 2 things I was skeptical of. First was the side zipper. I thought that it wouldn't really be water proof. Second was how they initially fit. The rubber that goes around my ankle was kind of tight. It was kind of annoying. But, I've always had good luck with Rocky boots so I kept them. Wore them out hunting last weekend and was not disappointed. Walked through some really deep nasty mud and water and my feet were dry. The rubber loosened up around my ankle and the fit is very comfortable now. These are great boots and I'm glad I kept them. These boots are a replacement boot for a pair that I've owned for 21 years .... hopefully these will last just as long.
