Warranty information
This warranty is provided by yaowooluxe to the original purchaser of this product. The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase. Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal daily use, including but not limited to: (1) Structural defects caused by production flaws (e. g., delamination, cracking, or breaking without external force); (2) Broken or loose stitching (for textile products) that affects the product’s structural integrity; (3) Defective hardware (such as buckles, zippers, buttons, or fasteners) that cannot function properly; (4) Peeling, cracking, or discoloration of materials caused by production defects, not human damage. Exclusions: This warranty does NOT cover damages caused by the following situations: (1) Improper use, including but not limited to using the product for purposes beyond its design scope, industrial work, extreme activities, or modifying the product structure; (2) Normal wear and tear, such as surface abrasion, scuffs, fading from long-term sunlight exposure, or deformation caused by improper cleaning; (3) Accidental damage, negligence, or failure to follow the care instructions provided with the product; (4) Damages resulting from unauthorized repair or maintenance by non-yaowooluxe authorized personnel. Warranty Claim Process: To file a warranty claim, please send an email to the store to explain the situation within the 6-month warranty period. You will be required to provide the following materials in the email: (1) A clear copy of the original purchase receipt or order confirmation; (2) Detailed photos or videos showing the defect, including the overall product appearance and close-ups of the defective part; (3) A brief description of how the defect occurred under normal use. Upon verification that the defect is covered by this warranty, yaowooluxe will, at its sole discretion, choose one of the following solutions: (1) Repair the defective product free of charge; (2) Replace the product with a new one of the same style and specifications; (3) Issue a partial or full refund based on the product’s condition and usage time. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased through authorized retailers, including Walmart official channels. yaowooluxe reserves the right to interpret the terms of this warranty, subject to the consumer protection laws and regulations of the country or region where the product is sold.
