Instructions:
Keep a cooling tank (barrel) of more than 30 liters. First, connect the heater body and the submersible pump with a silicone hose. Place the submersible pump in the cooling bucket, connect the power supply of the pump, and wait for the water to circulate out. (Note: The water temperature of the machine will keep rising for a long time. Please replace the cold water clearly. The temperature of the circulating water should not drop abruptly. When the water temperature exceeds 50 degrees, the power supply of the heater should be cut off in time, and the circulating water should be replaced later.)
Connect the thermostat with the hot bender and connect it to 220V power supply. Adjust the knob of the thermostat controller. The clockwise direction is to raise the temperature, and vice versa. When adjusting, it is not appropriate to rotate too fast in order to avoid damaging the thermostat. (Note: It is advisable to slowly adjust the thermostat to a reddish heat pipe. Excessive temperature will cause damage to the hot bending material and affect the service life of the hot bender).
When the heating pipe reaches the required temperature, it can place the plastic sheet which needs to be hot-bended on the heating trough. When the sheet is soft enough to be folded manually, it can bend at various angles. According to the different materials, the setting time is different. Please determine the setting time according to the actual situation.
