Histamine Nutrients
I can't be without Histamine Nutrients!! Docs had me try many different things. Said I had mast cell activation. I then went to functional medicine doctors and they found underlying problems. I also had issues with the supplements they had me try. Then I found Dr. Ben Lynch and the Dirty Genes book. Everyone needs to read this book!! I gave a copy of it to my functional medicine docs and they loved it. Since I had trouble taking supplements they prescribed, they told me to take Dr. Lynch's supplements. I am super sensitive and these work the best for me!! Thank you so much Dr. Lynch!!
