I absolutely love this planner, from the fun and colorful design and layout to the compact feature. The size is perfect and fits well in my work bag and purse and it is not too bulky to carry. The monthly pages have smaller boxes than a standard full size planner but it's plenty of room for me. What I like best is the amount of space on the daily pages to write out extended notes about events. I can write in pen or pencil and the ink does not bleed through because the pages are made of thick and quality paper. I did not need the month of April so I turned those pages into my "to-do" list for the upcoming year, which has proven to be an excellent use of the pages. I like the pocket on the outside of the planner and it is surprisingly secure to hold papers. I get overwhelmed when there is too much pre-written in a planner so I appreciate that the important dates are written very small in the right corner of the days, leaving me plenty of room to write my own events. The month tabs on the side are laminated, keeping them from tearing or bending. This is a high quality and well made planner and absolutely a great value for the cost.
