Excellent source of electrolytes
Have been using this for decades. Especially needed in hot weather when doing farm work out in the sun on a hot day like hay or straw. Always take a teaspoon in glass of water, and then can work tirelessly for many hours. Beats any power drink anytime. Also good for regular supplementation.
