This body contouring pillow is incredibly comfortable! The first time I lay on it, i felt gently cradled, the softness is just right, neither too floppy and lacking support nor overly firm. Since using it, my sleep quality has noticeably improved. When sleeping on my side, my legs and lower back get excellent support, and I wake up feeling wonderfully refreshed. The craftsmanship is solid too. After long time use, the filling remains fluffy and evenly distributed without any flattening. I would recommend but they claim the cover is cooling, which is false. you have to buy more filler to get the desired thickness otherwise it's lacking fluffiness and no support. it's great for the cost but just be aware that there are issues that make it less than perfect. it works in a pinch. not for comfy for my cervical spine aka neck. I haven't tried it on the couch yet.
