my curls were damaged by too much keratin and bad box dye. this was one of the items i used to restore my curls...they had become a sad lifeless barely wave instead of a 2c (technically also a wave) curl. I saw an improvement after the first use. i was also shocked at the amount of uses I was able to get out of a small trial size bottle for my shoulder length, thick hair. You definitely don't want to use much since it's a leave in, I found a dollop between dime and quarter size, rubbed in my hands and then raked through my hair with main focus on the lengths and ends, was enough. I kept it off the first couple inches of my roots usually, so it didn't interfere at all with my daily BIG HAIR QUEST. It also smells great. I used it on wednesdays for at least 2 months ..just the one tiny .5 ounce bottle. it lasts. It really improved the condition of my hair and using it with garnier's hyaluronic acid hair filler line, onion oil iver ight a few times and the sulphur hair treatment, my curls are back, my breakage is reduced, and my hair is big. as god intended. get some, I dont think there is a head of hair it wouldn't benefit.

This product is A-mazing! My hair is growing longer, and staying healthy looking even with the heat styling I'm using! It doesn't weigh down my fine hair or make it greasy! I am a customer for life. Living Proof is the best bonding cream I've tried!
