Disappointed the side zips are for show and you can't use them to put items in. The top zip in the front and back do work, and you can put your makeup mirror, comb, small tissues etc... in them. The open pockets on the side are pretty big. I put my small hand sanitizer in there and there's plenty of room to add two more items. The compartments with zippers on top of the purse are pretty big. I have my coupon book and cell phone In one compartment, and there's plenty of room To add a small shopping bag And more. The first compartment I have my wallet and coin purse With plenty of room to spare. I try using it as a shoulder bad.But since the material is slick and I have heavy items in the first compartment, it tends to slide off my shoulder so I use it as a cross bag. The straps adjust , so you can change it from a shoulder bag to across body bag.
