MISSING SET SCREW

Thank you for sending me the handle for free but the set screw was missing. It is completely useless without the set screw.

Hello altec and thank you for the feedback you posted on the Moen website. We see that you were in contact with one of our Product Specialists and the replacement cartridge service kit and handle kit in question was shipped to you in December, 2020. The set screw would also have been included with the 1255 cartridge. We have also sent you an email so that we can work with you to find a satisfactory warranty resolution.
