This pillow support is perfect for the car. I love that you can unzip the outside and wash it when needed. The back also has little rubber dots on the side to help grip it to the car seat. Has straps horizontally to the chair and also vertically like a halter strap that goes around the head of the seat. The straps are very easy to adjust and the support pillow stays in place. I used it on the lower and upper back and both feel perfect. The cushion is made out of memory foam so it is soft and comfortable, but it is also from so that it maintains its shape as you lean back in the chair. Perfect for people with either upper or lower back pain. Would definitely recommend.

Whether for your car or even for your work or home chair, this is a very well made lumbar support! I was very impressed at the firmness and fit and how it made my back pain lesson while working at my desk because my spinal degeneration causes terrible back pain that makes sitting for more than a few minutes fairly unbearable. I highly recommend this as I think for driving long distances it would also be excellent but as a cheer support you can adjust quite easily to fit from a fairly small person to a fairly large person. I don't think you'll be unsatisfied and I recommend!
