These plate are a great value for the money. They shipped quick. They do have an oily residue once you take them out of the packaging. That’s just from how they are packaged and to keep the rubber in good condition. Nothing a little dawn dish soap didn’t take care of. There was a slight rubber smell but nothing overpowering. In the end 5 star weights for the every day home gym.

The fit, the quality, the look, it’s all one would expect in a set of rubber plates. Looks like rubber plate, feels like rubber plate, fits on the barbell like a rubber plate. Not much else to note, the price was the best I could find and I was satisfied with it. They arrived in a timely fashion as well. Highly recommend this set.
