I ordered a 2x so my son can wear over thermals in winter. The material feels like blue jean material and very soft.. They fit him with plenty of room and that's what I was hoping for. The sides have pockets and there is fly zipper. The back has to huge pockets. The snaps and buckles seem sturdy enough to last a while. I could'nt find any tag stating the material in them only a small 2x tag at neck. Description said mainly cotton and they do feel soft. There not the real thick overalls like regular hunting overalls but with thermals under them he should stay pretty warm. He will probably wear them when in garage working as it has no heat. He's happy and said there comfortable so I feel the price is good for this quality. They will fit in washing machine with no issues.

The material is a little heavier than common women's jeans and a little lighter than common Levi's type men's jeans and not an insulated interior, just the one layer. Seams, zippers and buttons are of heavy construction type, doubled layer folds with 1/4” spaced double stitching. … I selected the XL because it seemed like this would be my fit, “as pants”. The automated FIT suggested XXL for me. This didn't seem to be correct, so I chose the XL for a loose pants type of fit. The picture does not represent actual evidence of the waist/hip size of these OVERALLS. … However, as these size XL measure 22” lain flat buttoned, 44” around, the XL size would be fit for 36”-38” waist OVER OTHER CLOTHES, which would be about correct for me, OVER OTHER CLOTHES. This was not my desire nor my need, as have said, I wanted to wear them with a shirt AS PANTS. I believe the sizing Walmart automatic sizing suggestion is suggesting to big of size. These will be saved for Los Angeles winter days, OVER OTHER CLOTHES. … And, I'll be selecting L for the next order from this manufacturer. … Nuff Sayd
