Needs better packing around the electrical blades
Everything was okay, but the packaging over the electrical prongs was missing, so they bent. I had to straighten the blades to fit the screws and then add heat-shrink material over the connections. Then, I fed the whole works into the oven insulation.

The element was off center so it contacts the side of the oven rather than sitting in the middle of the oven. It heats properly but i'm afraid it will burn out again prematurely. Not satisfied.
