Perfect for roasting anything from chicken to ham

It's non stick and perfect for roasting a turkey I'd say upto about 20lbs or little more or the perfect prime rib which is what I got mine for because I didn't have a roasting pan big enough to roast an 10lb prime rib for Christmas dinner and definitely didn't want to ruin a good quality cut of meat with roasting it in an aluminum roasting pan. Highly recommended.
