This is a wonderful supplement!
I have always trusted the Swanson name for supplements. I recently suffered some lower GI issues due to some medical infusions over a 6 month period. This was my last step before breaking down and talking to my doctor about my GI issues. After the first dose, there was massive improvement in my digestion. Have not had to take a laxative or stool softener since I began Colon Essentials. I take one every morning and plan to until I have proof this problem has resolved itself. My lower GI seems to be healing after taking quite a beating from the medical infusions. This has been a real blessing for me.
