The item was well packaged. Everything included worked well. We used it as a shady spot for a recent camping trip. Held up well, even in wind and did not leak in the rain. We did stake down all the feet for stability. It is heavy, but manageable because the carrying case has wheels and can be pulled along. It did fit back in the case pretty easily after use. The plastic clips make it easy to adjust height and to take down. Would recommend at least 2 people to set up and 4 would be even better. a little difficult at the end of expanding it to it's full size, but again that's where the extra people are needed. Overall, would definitely recommend.

love the size. it gives me ability to drive my trailer (i drive like thru side and pull trailer is under the back 10x10 area)under and sell livestock while the animals are in the shade. im disabled, its difficult to put up the first time with only 1 person. After that, it gets tons easier. i look forward to getting a lot of use out of it
