Not easy to use
the description said that it would keep my coffee hot for several hours, but, although it does keep it hot for a while, it is not hours. The readings are not easily obtained and the power receptacle is located at a very bad location. It is hard to take off and put on the cover and it is very difficult to plug in and remove the power supply.
