Doesn't include the backing and clear bags

The package is missing the backing and clear bags, which I have paid extra for. Doesn't match the description and photos. Only came with frame mats. Very disappointed as I was counting on getting those items today for my art show. Now I have to deal with wasting my time to return it, send out emails, wait for answers, wrap it and ship it. Also not sure how fast will I receive a refund, plus having to look for a new options. ..
