Shirt is fine size is not

I ordered a 2xl, in the description it says that it is the same as 20. Since I wear an 18 in most cases but I don't like to have my shirts tight. I received this and it was anything but a 20. I put it on and was like trying to fit myself into a sausage casing. Checked the size to make sure they didn't send the wrong size nope, it says 2xl. From what I can tell their idea of 2xl is about a 14-15.
