Excellent! High quality!
These are great!! I highly recommend them!! I wear them around the house on my ankles, and on my wrists when I walk (to avoid injury because I walk too fast to wear them on my ankles), and I use them during leg exercises. They have definitely boosted my muscle game, I love them!

Does the job nicely
Purchased this set for knee replacement rehab. The 3 lb. (6 lb. total) set is suitable for various workout applications. They can also be used on the wrists for upper body exercises. Very well made with secure Velcro and latch buckle. The trim is reflective for night use. The company provides supportive information in their literature. Proper adjustment with socks can prevent Velcro rub issues. Got this set on sale, so excellent quality for a reasonable price.

Fantastic weights!
I'm not usually a fan of weights, but being under COVID lockdown inspired me to buy some since I couldn't go to yoga or the gym. I really enjoy using these weights and look forward to it! I'm slim - 5'7 and 120 pounds - and they fit comfortably around my wrists. I bought the 3-pound pair. The Velcro is secure, and the cushion feels great. I liked them so much that I ordered a 2-pound set as a gift for my mother!
