Giving my thoughts on these weights...

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly these arrived! Each weight is 3 pounds, and they're so easy to put on. Exceptionally well-made product

I've been using ankle weights for ab routines for years, and these are the best I've ever had. Previous ones were uncomfortable, had weak Velcro, and leaked. These new ones are soft, comfortable, and smooth. The Velcro is very strong and doesn't slip. While the seams might loosen over time, they're currently holding up well. I'm very satisfied and think they're a good value.
