The large pot has a capacity of 7.2 litre (243.5 fl oz), the midi pot has a capacity of 4.5 litre (152.2 fl oz), and the small pot has a capacity of 2.5 litre (84.5 fl oz). first use instructions for the first use, rub some oil or butter on the surface of the clay pot. lubricate the inner and outer surfaces of the clay pot completely.
