I LOVE this couch! It was SO easy to put together. And it is the prettiest couch I've ever seen! And I got it for less than $200! Can fit like 3 people if you're okay with touching lol. I'm 5'6” and can nap here comfortably, with the back up. My cat loves it too! So worth it!

Nightmare. Five days of my life I'll never get back. It didn't show up on the appointed delivery day. FedEx tracking showed I "wasn't home" -- I was--I had taken the day off work. I had witnesses. It was marked to retry the next day. Wash, rinse, repeat. I contacted FedEx customer service. Turns out first, they put it on the wrong truck, got it back, then they messed up the bar code on the address, THEN the driver made it to my driveway, but couldn't follow delivery instructions. I called the "national" FedEx customer complaint number -- spoke with a man who was angry from the beginning of the call. Kept interrupting me, raising his voice and talking over me. Finally had to drive to a local FedEx store to get anyone to hear me, let alone grasp the situation. Blessings on Emily for her help. The best she could do however was get FedEx to send it sent to their regional hub since their records had shown I had not been home as required for two delivery attempts-- (even though I was). That left ME to find someone with a pickup truck and availability to retrieve it from their hub before FedEx shipped it back to Walmart. So yeah. Two old ladies with a pickup and a hand truck on a Sunday --driving across town to do Fed Ex's job. Messed up my hip (which is awaiting surgery and the whole reason I'd ordered home delivery to begin with). Got it home. Gorgeous color, easy assembly. Unfortunately, it has all the comfort of grapefruit-sized moss-covered rocks in a creek bed. Even the cat won't sit on it. I'm done. Just sick of the entire experience, the waste of money, and stuck with uncomfortable furniture. It is what it is. Run. Run fast, run far. You can do better.
