This company is awesome! I measured my hounds in the dark and they were not being still so I ordered the size I thought was right. I thought about it and worried about it being right so I went out in the daytime and measured again. Turns out I had ordered the wrong size. I then ordered the right size and tried to cancel the order here on Wal-Mart, but it didnt go through in time. I was then worried about trying to return the coats and getting a refund. I ended up calling this company and explained my situation. They immediately emailed me a return label. The return went so smooth and easy and they did refund my money on those 2 returned coats. I totally recommend this company. Customer service was excellent and friendly with zero hassle. The coats are also awesome! Very well made and will keep my hounds warm!
