Love it
I love this griddle. It is great just as it is. They could make two improvements: (1) a way to latch the hood down to make handling and transportation easier, (2) a grill plate that you can put on top of the griddle to get the beautiful and tasty charred grill marks on steaks and burgers.

Solid 5 Stars
I just got the 17 inch griddle with hood, and it well worth it. Great for burgers, great for breakfasts. For cheeseburgers, just lower the hood to perfectly melt the cheese. Big enough to feed a family of four, small enough for RV life. Just take the time to season it well before using (I did about 8 coatings) and it will serve you well.
