How to quickly lower the folding table in 4 seconds？
To lower it, just push and hold a yellow button on the bottom of that same crossbar on each leg to quickly adjust the height. The folding table is very tight and difficult to open when it's first opened. Is this a quality issue?

Not a defect. Pre-folded tightly for safe transit. First time, place hands in marked edge groove and apply firm pull to open.

Is this folding table safe and stable?
Yes. It features a gravity lock that auto-locks when opened, preventing pinching. Added central support bar underneath greatly enhances stability, reducing wobble and allows it to bear a load of up to 375 lbs.
