I'll start off by saying I am obsessed with the scent of this stick. The tall, slender stick makes it easier to reach my back. For testing purposes, I applied the stick to my midsection and wore my waist trimmer during my normal workday which is sedentary and no sweat. However, when I used it with the trimmer while exercising, it worked. I plan to use it for 30 days straight to determine how effective it is.
