These are NOT drawstrings, no adjustable waist.

Very disappointed. This describes the skirts as having drawstrings but they are elastic bands, very tight, with a fake cotton tie that LOOKS like a drawstring, but is merely "decor" and useless! I needed the adjustable waist a drawstring has, so it has to go back. Looks small for a size 9-10 L Youth too. So there goes a birthday gift for my granddaughter. The KHAKI is light PINK too! I don't think most of these clothing sellers know what KHAKI is that's twice in 6 weeks that's happened!
