How to use: 

Button operate the insole: 

1. Press the power button for 3 seconds before putting in the insole, the LED indicator light is, turn the red light, indicating high temperature.

2. Click again and the blue LED light will turn, indicating medium temperature.

3. Click again and the green LED light will turn, indicating low temperature. Click to cycle through the red, blue and green lights, and adjust the three grades of high, medium and low temperatures. Press and hold for three seconds to shut down.
