Does what it says without the jittery feeling

Love this product. One scoop in water and you get that extra kick to get my workout in. You can def feel the effects but it does not cause that jittery feeling (at least not for me). It suggests 4-6 ounces of water but I suggest mixing it with double that to help avoid too much of a problem with....well let's say, spending a lot of time sitting in the bathroom. This was a significant issue for me before the internet suggested the extra water which has mostly solved the issue. There is a bit of a lag so drink at least 30 min before your workout.
