  • JVCC DC-1114 Double-Sided Film Tape is a clear thin polyester film coated on both sides with an aggressive synthetic hot melt rubber adhesive (AKA double-coated) and wound on a 2.7 mil white siliconized paper release liner.
  • It offers superior moisture resistance in humid conditions once bonded. JVCC DC-1114 double-sided film tape has excellent quick-stick properties and offers moderate temperature resistance.
  • Ideal for splicing of papers, plastics, films, and foils. Used in general-purpose bonding, mounting, and laminating applications (e.g. nameplates, mouse pad assembly).
  • The tape has a solventless adhesive. DC-1114 offers the most adhesion of any clear film tape we sell that is coated with a rubber adhesive on both sides.
  • Carrier/Backing: polyester (PET) film. Adhesive: synthetic hot melt rubber. Release Liner: white siliconized paper. Thickness: 6.1 mils (carrier, adhesive, liner) 3.4 mils (carrier, adhesive) 0.4 mils (carrier) 2.7 mils (liner). Adhesion: 120 ounces per inch (to stainless steel test panel). Service/Operating Temperature: -14F to 158F. Elongation: 130%. Core: 3-inch diameter neutral.
