Wall shelf

This overpriced shelf came with flaws, like a dent, Uneven surface, nicks in the wood. They were quick to respond, but their resolution was not optimal. They offered small discount and repair kit, instead of sending a couple replacement parts. Not sure who was doing quality control that day!
