Still haven't been reimbursed for defective item
One of the 2 C Cell batteries was defective and could not hold a charge. After charging, the battery metered 0.0V. Had to return to store, defeating the purpose of buying items delivered. When returned to Customer Service, they took the item, gave me a receipt, but told me this was a 3rd Party purchase and I would not be reimbursed until the 3rd Party receives the defective product.
