Working great and CAN be trimmed to fit shoe.

Been wearing them for a week, five days at work, on cement floor. So far, they are working great, no more pain on balls of my feet. I did not "heat" form them, but am molding them just by wearing them, as per package instructions. I intend to get another pair, and will try the heat molding option on package. I wear a size 11.5, and the 11's fit my shoes well. The website does not indicate that these can be trimmed to fit, but the package instructions do.
