Progresso Soup Drops Variety Pack, 20 Count

Of course I know this is a novelty item for a advertising release, but I actually like them. It is a bit odd at first to have a candy taste like soup, but there lies for me a little adventure and i like to mix sweet and salty tastes. Like most people associate yogurt sweet or maybe neutral, you can have salty Ayran drinks. For these soup drops, I like that they combine a good amount of the real flavor and in the case of the Beef Pot Roast ones even a nice spicy kick in them. So the chicken noodle taste just like that, but for me mostly umami taste. The Tomato Basil one is a little bit like the sweet tomato soups you get in some places, with just a hint of basil and spiciness. And the Beef Pot Roast is really spicy and flavorful, its my favorite. So if you manage to get one on the next drop, enjoy them.
