Superior Barley Flour!!
I do a ton of baking, breads, desserts, etc. I won't use products that aren't 100% truly organic and ethically sourced. This company has been all of the above and Great River has the best organics out there. Only the finest grains are used and the milling is done the same way since their beginning. This Barley Flour cooks the best out of all I've tried and mixes wonderfully. This is USDA Organic, CRC Kosher, Non GMO Project Verified, Certified Vegan by the American Vegetarian Association, Craft Milled in the USA along the Upper Mississippi River since 1975. Great Product, Great Company, Great Price! I give this flour and company my highest recommendation for anybody making hearty Artisan Style Bread or whatever other goodies you love! YUMMY
