Safety 1st OutSmart Multi-Use Lock 4pk, White, Toddler

We received our child proof multi lock through Stellar Product Testing Panel and installed it onto our garbage can. The lock has a decoy "open button" and so far our 15 month old has not been able to unlock the garbage can lid. It definitely keeps her occupied though. The lock has hidden release buttons that are easy to open, even with one hand. The lock is also really easy to install, just set it where you want it and secure it with the sticky tabs.

When the opportunity came to test out the outsmart multi-use lock through the stellar product test panel, I was eager to get this my youngest daughter is 15 months old and is so quick to open up drawers that she shouldn't and I hated having to get up each time she was bothering items that I didn't want her to touch. This lock solved every.single.problem. The instructions were easy to read and within a minute of opening the box and reading the directions, I finally had a child proof drawer and easier state of kind knowing I would have to keep putting away random art supplies or telling my daughter no when she approached the drawer. The lock removes so easily that my five year old can get to her supplies when she wants to and my toddler can stay out! That means less times mama has to help and my oldest can keep being dependent and my little can stay safe. My toddler doesn't even get frustrated that she can't open it. She would poke at the decoy button but once she realized it wasn't budging she moved on and that area isn't as much of a hot spot for her as it has been. I will definitely be getting myself more for other areas around the house !
