Warranty information
Warranty Coverage 1. This warranty applies only to brand-new, authentic products purchased from this store. A valid order number and proof of purchase must be provided. 2. The warranty covers defects in the product itself. 3. The following situations are not covered: damage caused by human error, self-disassembly or modification, force majeure, normal wear and tear of consumables, lack of valid proof of purchase, or discrepancies between the proof and the product. Warranty Period 1. Warranty periods vary by product and are specified on the product detail page. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery confirmation. 2. If a product is repaired within the warranty period, the warranty period is not reset. If a replacement is provided, the warranty period for the new product begins on the date of delivery confirmation for the replacement. Warranty Process 1. Application: If an issue arises with the product within the warranty period, please submit a warranty claim through the store's customer service channel within 7 business days. Describe the product issue, upload clear photos/videos of the defect, and provide proof of purchase. 2. Review: Customer service will complete the review within 2 business days, determine eligibility for warranty coverage, and inform you of the resolution plan.
