Initial presence and testing: I was very impressed with this mug from the unboxing to the overall sturdiness. The company put a very nice greeting card inside the box with information to replace it, if it damaged upon arrival. The colors are very nice and stick for the times. I initially washed them in the dishwasher with no problems. When testing in the microwave many times at extreme temperatures the water boiled much faster than standard mugs and held up brilliantly. The mug handle remained cool enough to grab! I hand washed them next with ease as the surface is very smooth with no ridges or gaps that would usually be tougher to get clean. There were no problems whatsoever. Overall: I love this item! It takes the heat punishment for a very durable, very easy to clean proper mug. Not to mention the sharp look that it has. I was intensely impressed!!
